     Fund Formation & Compliance

  • Create Qualified Opportunity Funds (QOFs).
  • Ensure legal and tax compliance (e.g., Form 8996).

     Tax Strategy

  • Assess capital gains deferral and basis step-ups.
  • Manage key deadlines, including the 180-day window.

     Project Feasibility

  • Verify OZ eligibility and market viability.
  • Conduct financial modeling and due diligence.
